“BM”, stands for “Banyak Mau” is the follow-up to Sapphira Singgih first single “Heal”, which was released in July 2019. The song is the singer’s debut lyric that she wrote in Indonesian language, and was described by Sapphira as, "An act of human impulsivity while also prioritizing their main needs."
“The desire provokes in me whenever I see something considerably cute. How impulsive and foolish I can be in making decision on what’s important and what’s not,” Sapphira Singgih explained.
Recorded at Studio Musik Salihara, Jakarta, Indonesia, “BM” also collaborated with singer-songwriter Kurosuke, Kamga from Dekat, and Viki Vikranta from Kelompok Penerbang Roket. What’s interesting is that the three collaborators are actually the featured backing vocalists.
